The Car Guys - Porters Neck

These guys are wonderful! They are so nice, they greet you friendly and the waiting area is so clean. I was surprised at how clean the work bays were. They give you estimates on all work first after diagnostics. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend the Car Guys for any and all your car work. They even do inspections no going out of my way anymore. Thanks Car Guys!

I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating, genuinely. My girlfriend took her car here on a Friday and was told they’d have it fixed by the end of the day. At the end of the day, they called her and said they had to keep her car until Monday since they aren’t open over the weekend, and they quoted her $500 more than another place had quoted her. When she got her car back three days later, turns out that extra $500 was for labor for having her car for “more than 48 hours,” something they did not tell her would be happening until it was too late in the day to pick her car up to go somewhere else. Do not take your car here.

I had a great experience with The Car Guys in Porters Neck. They recently serviced the transmission on my Ford F-150 and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how clean and well-organized their facility is—it says a lot about the level of care they put into their work. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but these guys delivered quality service and peace of mind. I highly recommend The Car Guys to anyone looking for reliable, honest automotive service.

Stopped in while in town for a quick headlight bulb replacement on a car we were preparing to sell and left feeling like I made a friend who I could trust to take care of the maintenance on my local daughter’s vehicle. Scott went above and beyond just providing good service. When I told him we were looking to repair the car’s upholstery and were in the market for another vehicle he gave me great referrals. Even recommending a local restaurant for us to try! The Car Guys exceeded expectations!

My family was in search of a reasonable professional shop to take care of our issue. A quick 5⭐️ Google search led me to them. Greg and his team were kind and knowledgeable. We made an appointment and Trevor got the issue fixed within the same day. We were highly pleased and satisfied with the service and price. We would bring our other vehicles if needed. Thanks a lot guys.
